The property was fairly clean, featured nice design, I loved it. The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Bx Falls. I ate at a very accommodating restaurant for dinner.

Everything was very clean, attractive hotel, the location was magnificent near to restaurants, many dining options and shops downtown. Also, I liked how awesome the location was. The rooms were spotless and enjoyable with great view of the tropical garden. The pool was excellent and I had bottled drinks in the poolside bar.

We didn't like the bed, it was not very comfortable, but it was truly an enjoyable stay.
Tbh, Wi-Fi signal was very weak and the bathroom was very small.

Easy location, fairly clean and appealing place. Room had a clean bathroom that we liked. Service was excellent, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed. Location close enough to the hockey rink, restaurants and downtown.

Good choice for 1 night. We appreciated the continental breakfast and the courteous staff. Lots of supplies in the room: an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. Plus it was individual and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The venue was set in the very central position close to downtown, restaurants, lakes.

Better choose this place to stay when in Vernon. I had a very comfortable time, the staff was best. Generally everything was exceptional, yet the bathroom was disgusting. The location was favourable - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.
